Our 4 steps home buying process
Buying a home is an exciting milestone for anyone. Are you wondering if you're ready to take that step? Here's a few things to think about. It's more than just a roof over your head. When we're building your home, we never forget we're building your future. And we take this responsibility very seriously.
1. Contact us
Get in touch with us and we will propose a first meeting for you have a look at our site and show home in Rusororo. This is an opportunity for you to see what your future home will look like.
2. Select your home
Once you have chosen the terrace you are interested in, you can then discuss any customisation to the interior design of your new home with our interior designers.
3. Sign the sales contract
Any additional cost incurred due to the customisation outside of the standard fixtures will then be calculated and applied to the final price of your house. You then make a deposit payment and sign the sales contract.
4. Move into your home
Once your house is built, we give you the keys and you become a resident of the estate. Once the keys are handed over, you benefit from a one-year warranty for all latent defects.
